MLM Binary Pay Plan for MLM Companies

Make no mistake about it; I hate MLM Binary compensation plans so much so I am writing a second article about it!

Wait…Chris, I love my company, leaders, products but it is a MLM Binary….What should I do?

Well in addition to telling you how crappy Binaries are, I will teach you how you can succeed in a Binary.  Those who understand how, can make bank in a Binary.

First of all Binaries are not as simple as the companies would like you to believe.  There are usually weekly or monthly volume requirements.

Additionally, if you get stuck on the inside of an inside leg, the famous “spillover” is nonexistent.

Wait, Chris, your MLM company is a UniLevel and there is zero spillover, so isn’t the possibility of spillover better than none.

No! not at all, for two reasons.

1. When companies rave about their MLM Binary comp. plan, they go on and on about spillover, however, the spillover is usually meaningless, as it goes on your outside leg.  In 99% of binary programs, the monthly residual pays on the short leg. So why does it matter if you get spillover on the outside long leg, the one you are NOT paid on!
2. You are setting people up for the wrong mindset.  Before they join your company, they think they will be paid for doing nothing because they will get spillover.

On the contrary with the Unilevel, I know from the beginning that I have to build my frontline and no one will stack people below me.  Of course, they will support me but not build for me.

I talked about the weakness of a MLM Binary already but let’s define what a Binary is.

In a Binary you have two legs.  To qualify for commissions, you have to put one person on each leg.

Next, the two people who you recruited, recruit two and they recruit two, and so on and so on.

In theory you live happily ever after and everyone gets rich….that is what they want you to believe.

In reality, many people do not work the business and they fail to recruit even one person, or just recruit one and give up.

You do not want to stop at two people.  The next step is to recruit more people and you are required (strong encouraged) to place those people on the outside leg.

This means that the person you put on the outside leg will get spillover from you, while the other will not (starting to see a problem, who in their right mind would want to be on the inside?)

So what happens if you follow the rules and only place people on the outside and your inside leg turns out to be dud?

Well, except for the sign up Fast Start bonuses that all companies have these days, you get nothing.  Because you are only paid on the short leg.

Thus, you will be eventually forced to put people on the inside if you cannot get a builder on the inside.

This is the problem with MLM Binary, it is a constant balancing act.

This is why I would never personally build a Binary, I have in the past and will never do it again.

However, as promised, I will give advice to those who really want to join company XYZ that has a MLM Binary system.

The first step is to get under a builder but that is not enough.  Tell them specifically you want to be on an outside leg or you are not joining.

Now that you have guaranteed yourself spillover, work as quickly as possible to get two people to join, even if they do not stay.  Sign up your dog if you have too.

Why?

Remember in MLM Binary systems, you are not qualified until you have placed someone on each leg.

The next step is to start to work hard to recruit builders and put them on the inside only!  Remember, you are under a builder, so our outside is covered.
